The Human Resources Association Bali has been active since 2012 and currently consists of HR practitioners from hotels, restaurants, tourist destinations, educational institutions, travel agencies, and non-profit organizations, representing no fewer than 30,000 tourism professionals in Bali. Its activities focus on education, mentoring, and the development of high-quality professional human resources on the Island of Bali.
Our association is part of a collaborative ecosystem of professional associations in Bali coordinated by the Bali Tourism Board / GIPI Bali. This ecosystem brings together all professional associations representing tourism stakeholders—such as PHRI Bali, ASITA Bali, the Bali Hotels Association, and other professional organizations—working to advance the potential of their members in support of business sustainability and the continued progress of Bali’s tourism industry.
